1. Membership and Enrollment

1.1. Hub Rewards is a loyalty program operated by Gunnedah Golf Hub.
1.2. Membership is free of charge and available to individual retail customers only.
1.3. To earn or redeem rewards, customers must be registered in the Gunnedah Golf Hub XPOS database with a valid name and contact detail.

2. Earning Hub Rewards

2.1. Members earn reward credit at a rate of 5% of the total GST-inclusive value of qualifying purchases.
2.2. Reward credit is calculated on the final out-of-pocket price paid for qualifying goods.
2.3. Rewards are only earned on full-priced, retail transactions.

3. Program Exclusions (Non-Qualifying Spend)

Hub Rewards cannot be earned, and the 5% credit does not apply to the following categories:
3.1. Food and Beverages: All café purchases, snacks, and drinks.
3.2. Hire Equipment: All rental fees, including but not limited to golf carts, clubs, and pull-trolley hire.
3.3. Services and Repairs: All labor-based services, including club regripping, repairs, and professional golf lessons.
3.4. Discounted Items: Any items already subject to a discount, clearance pricing, sale price, or price-match guarantee.
3.5. Gift Cards: The purchase of gift cards does not earn rewards.
3.6. Freight: Any shipping or delivery charges.

4. Redemption of Rewards

4.1. Hub Rewards are stored as a dollar-value credit on the member's account.
4.2. Rewards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be withdrawn as currency.
4.3. Rewards can only be redeemed for in-store purchases at Gunnedah Golf Hub.
4.4. Rewards cannot be used to pay for the excluded categories listed in Section 3 (e.g., you cannot use credit to pay for cart hire or a round of drinks).

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. If a purchase is returned for a refund, the Hub Rewards earned on that original transaction will be deducted from the member’s balance.
5.2. If a product is purchased using Hub Rewards and subsequently returned, the portion paid via rewards will be credited back to the member’s account and will not be refunded as cash.

6. General Provisions

6.1. Hub Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be shared between different customer accounts.
6.2. Gunnedah Golf Hub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Hub Rewards program, including the earning rate and exclusions, at any time.
6.3. Gunnedah Golf Hub reserves the right to cancel a membership or adjust a balance if there is evidence of tampering, fraud, or technical error.
