Refund policy

At Gunnedah Golf Hub, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • Returned in the original packaging
  • Requested within 14 days of delivery

2. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please email us at tom@gunnedahgolfhub.com with your order details.
  • Once we approve your refund request, you will need to return the item to us.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any refund processing fees.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

  • Used or damaged products

4. Late or Missing Refunds
