Refund policy

At Gunnedah Golf Hub, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Returned in the original packaging
- Requested within 14 days of delivery
2. Refund Process
- To request a refund, please email us at tom@gunnedahgolfhub.com with your order details.
- Once we approve your refund request, you will need to return the item to us.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any refund processing fees.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards and digital products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Used or damaged products
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you havenât received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider. If there are still issues, contact us at tom@gunnedahgolfhub.com.
